Painted Blaze Yellow on the outter ring, the mesh stuff is silver

ahh!! i gota blaze yellow bugeye that would be perfect! i want that scoop. is it the jdm bugeye sti scoop? or is it the 04-05 sti style scoop for the bugeye?
