These were the absolute best coilover I have ever owned. 2-way adjustability, stainless steel, lifetime warranty, and never need rebuilding. These V3's are on of the first into the US for the 04 STi. The valving and spring rates were specified by FT, formerly of selgp. The springs are 9kg up front and 8kg in the rear. All four include helper springs.

These, along with my Poltec lateral links and trailing arms, made for a totally neutral car. It was a joy to drive the STi around Thunderhill with this setup.

The install is super easy. You will need to purchase tops as these don't come with them. I used Cusco camber plates up front and Group N's in the rear with great success.

I have all of the paperwork that came with these as well as the original box. They are off the car now and awaiting a buyer.

I paid almost $2,400 for this setup, but KW's have come down in price recently. With less than 8,000 miles on them, I am selling them for $1,500 obo. Buyer pays actual shipping costs (estimated at ~$50).

9k front / 8k rear with custom valving. Also has helper springs on all four corners.

With the adjustability of the KW V3's you can set it however you like. I stiffened it up on the track and dialed it back on the street. At that setting it was as streetable as stock, but with less body roll. They're super easy to adjust - 5 minute process without jacking up the car.

I highly recommend picking up a set that will fit your 05. These are absolutely awesome coilovers. On top of the limitless adjustability, they're stainless steel with a lifetime warranty. They never need rebuilding whether they're grandma'd on the street or beaten on the track. You can't find a better coilover for the price of the KW's.

I pushed very hard to get the first sets brought in to the US and everyone I convinced to buy them has had nothing but praise.

 

bump for an amazing coilover. I have 12kg front and 10kg rear and those are not bad if dialed back some. The 9kg and 8kg will be very nice for track or street use and the price is very good.
