I am selling one (actually four) of the gems of the wheel world. The wheels pictured below are off the S202 special edition Impreza in Japan. They are made by Rays/Volk and are basically light CE28N's with a polished bronze lip and "STi" stamped into one spoke on each wheel. "Subaru Technica International" is stamped into the edge of the rim. They come with carbon fiber "STi" center caps and Rays Ultra lightweight lugnuts.
When I bought them in 2004, they were one of 2 or 3 sets in the United States. The wheels have around 10,000 miles on them. I recently removed the P-Zero Nero's and replaced them with Falken Azenis RT-615's in 225/45/17. I listed them for sale as having less than 4,000 miles, but in actuality it's about 2,200 miles! These tires (and wheels) never saw the track - I had a separate set of track tires and wheels for that.
The wheels are 17x7.5 and +53mm (IIRC). They are OEM fitment obviously and work with stock struts or coilovers. Being S202, they are naturally 5x100.
There is one nick on one spoke of one wheel which I have touched up. It needs to be redone because the touch paint I used is not a good match. Other than that, they are perfect.
I absolutely loved these wheels and always had people begging me to sell the wheels to them (where did they all go now?). They are up for sale because I am selling my STi.
They were originally offered at $2,400. You're getting a *basically* brand new set of performance tires that would cost you $600, plus wheels that go for in excess of $2,000 if you can even find them. In order to get them out the door, I am sacrificing them at$2,200 $2,050, local pick-up preferred, but I will ship - buyer pays actual costs. The wheels are in the Sacramento, CA area.
