I plus sized the tires on my 04 wrx from 16" 205's to 225's so you should be fine upgrading to 235's

is there some website with a size charting showing what can fit on what width rim, and what the optimum size is? I know 205's are optimum for the 16x6.5 2002-2005 rims but they can fit up to 225
