Guess who tried to buy my parent's house

My mom just told me, Daunte Culpepper tried to buy our house in San Ramon.

Told her not to do it, as he's a jerk and if he's anything in person like how he's in football, would be a PITA to deal with. She told me, she already turned him down! :RockOn - not mine: Even my step dad told her to turn him down, he told her "The Raiders aren't going to keep him anyway."

Seems like a stupid reason to turn down a potential buyer thats willing to pay your asking price, unless you have other buyers offering more

that's pretty cool.

if your momma doesn't want to give up her pad to Daunte, tell him my boy's spot in San Ramon is available too. he lives next to that other Raiders dude....something something Sims. He's a lineman and was on Cribs a lil while ago.

seems like 1/2 of San Ramon is up for sale these days. guess everyone's getting killed in the stock market &/or by adj rate mortgages.

p.s. nomEnclature

I would've turned him down as well, him being a rich football player, he may think he can control the escrow and drag it on, question trivial things, etc...

Much rather wait for a slam dunk buyer than struggle with someone who thinks they have more money than god...

If it were a life and death situation, I would at least put a clause on the contract saying I could at anypoint accept someone elses offer and cancel escrow with the buyer.

Pro athletes excepted, they got that way by playing good then signing gazillion dollar contracts.
