A couple of days ago my airbag light came on and has stayed on. Any advice? Is this common? I know the car can't pass smog if any warning lights are on and that's not cool when I'm trying to sell it!

Could be the clockspring. Also check if the horn and cruise control are working too.

Funny, mine just did the same thing.

I haven't touched anything on the car in quite some time.

My battery did die on me a couple fo weeks ago, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

actually it will pass smog just fine,the only light that wont is a the MIL
