^ roughly 2 hours and 51 minutes @ 160ish miles!

But you'd get to drive on Highway 20 between I-5 and 101, which ROCKS.

Edit: Oh, and if you want an even less boring, yet possibly longer route - take Highway 16 West out of Sacramento, and connect with Highway 20...
