F1 Coverage?
I didn't think basic cable had coverage of formula 1. I have digital with several hundred channels and I STILL dont get SPEEDvision which is the channel that covers f1 racing. Not sure what other ones do but I'm positive speed does.

I have DirecTV and get Speed Channel. Their live coverage is usally early on Saturday mornings at around 3 or 4am for qualifying. Sunday mornings around the same time for the race. They show the repeats later on in the day.
Wish they would bring back WRC coverage

CBS used to broadcast a few races for those of us w/o Speed. But this year it looks like FOX may be showing them. I don't know if that means regular FOX, FOX sports, etc.

You may want to go and get together with this group. I would, but it's too far from me. I think you would have to buy a certain package for comcast to get the Speed channel. WEAKSAUCE! Dishnetwork has the channel too. I had to get that when I was in the area.

Isn't there a group that also meets at the karting place in Burlingame ? I remember Bob Varsha mentioning this group a few times.
Yeah, Matt, if you have Direct TV, it's on live early morning and replays later in the day. I've only caught the end of a few of the morning ones but when the race is in the lower equator, it's the night before (Saturday).

All the brits have been hyping up Hamilton's chances of winning at Monaco because he has raced there 3 times before and won all 3 times for GP2 and F3....now I see he's crashed into the barriers first practice..

He really wanted the pole in Monaco. This is not going to help. It would be neat to watch him come from behind though. It was fun to watch him in GP2.
