how much clearance do yo or would u have left with a 235/45/18?

i currently have an evo, and my 245/40/18 and my previous 255/35/18 is super super close, but it doesnt rub. its so close i my pinky finger cant even clear. but it doesnt rub.

 

its only half of a cm more on each side. they should definately fit. im about to throw some 255/35/18's on my car.
