if they're visually the same, why don't you just switch the wiring around...

 

there is not a difference between JDM and USDM tailights, just the wiring. Switch the wiring back and hood the other bulb back up

 

The harness could be swapped yes..but the middle section is where no bulb is in place, and its a reflector type deal inside that cant be removed. and a platic cover over the middle hole. I dont wanna modify it or mess with it. I wanna leave it origional, and just swap with someone wantin the JDM Style. Thats how the JDM ones are made.
