since they are still relatively new, i was just wondering how everyone likes their 2.5i. ive had mine for about a month and a half. i think they're great. so far ive put on obx exhaust. k&n high flow air filter, sti front strut brace, ( i got the filter and brace for a really good deal so i put them on) and an oem sti spoiler. dont hate on the spoiler, i like them alot. anyways just wondering how everyone els feels about theirs, and what they have done. maybe post some pics also. even if you have an older model feel free to join the thread or post some pics. im going to try to get some pics up tomorrow

 

So far so good.
It gets me from point A to point B without any hassle other than poor gas mileage.
I need an extra $3,500 to finish all my mods on it.
So far, I've spent about $1,500.

Saving up for:

HID kit, body colored side mirrors, all season tires to replace RE92, summer tires for my 2nd set of rims, STi shocks and tophats, 06-07 wrx/sti sideskirts, wrx spoiler, intake + header, 22-24mm adjustable FSB/RSB + endlinks, upgraded brake pads + ss lines + brake fluid.

that's about it. I still have 2 years of finance left.

i F'in love my 2.5i! i couldnt ask for anything more. (except for more money to finish off my mod list faster, lol)

 

have you dont anything so far that you would recomend?

 

I Love my 07 2.5i!!!(except the tail lights lol) Im taking things really slow with it. So far my only mods(more like accesories) are: I debadged the trunk, and got Subaru all-wheather floor mats. I highly recomend the all wheather mats espicially if you have to wear boots to work like me. Gas mileage could be beter but I think a lot of that is my fault I love the sound of boxer engines, I cant wait to get a stromung exhaust!

^^^at least I'm not the only one. why is it that it is more high tech [VVT...] then the others, well, RS's and can still get bad gas milage. I know it isn't only us that get it

Anyway, back on topic: I love it, a bit loud high end, and when you have to push it, the 4EAT stalls and searches like a mug, but I still love it more thean if I had a WRX at the moment. 2.5i's save you from getting tickets, but will get you accused of having a WRX by your friends and other laymen car enthusiests if you have the spoiler.
And has anyone ever said this to you? "yo, where is your blow-off-valve and turbo" or "make your car go PSSSHHH" I hate hearing that. I tell them someone stole my turbo and walk away
