I recently bought a set of Cusco Zero2R from "SG5", he told me the coil-overs only have less that 2k miles on them, however I found there is some dirt and oil on the coil-overs, he told me its some oil he used when he remove the coil-overs and I asked him did he ever used them on tracks or auto-x, he said "NO", so I told him I might have to send them in for re-build since they look kind of beat up, so he said he will lower the price to $1300.00, he told me there is no leak on those coil-overs at all.
So I sned them in for re-build and the tech told he the pillowball inside the pillowball tophat are broken, he also found out the strut is leaking badly, he also found 3 of the struts are bent inside. They said those struts have been used for more that 10k for sure and possibly used for auto-x or track due to the condition of them. "SG5" is not be honest about the strut he sells and after I told him the case, he refuse to answer any phone calls. All he did was sent me a PM said, I can't refund your money ....... ...... that really piss me off, this i-clubber = to a scammer ...... ....... its isn't safe to deal with people like that again ....... I guess only thing I can do is take this case the small claim court and hv them take care of it, since I have a witness who heard him saying "I NEVER USED THIS COILOVER ON TRACKS OR AUTO-X AND IT ONLY HAVE LESS THAN 2K ON THEM" ....................... ALL THOSE BS ........................ If anyone see SG5 plz give him this message and prepare for court letter .................

do u have pictures of the coilovers? how badly "shaped" were they when you purchased them from him?

They have a lot of dirt and oil on them, but SG5 claims he put one some oil so can can remove them from his car. I don't have the picture now ............

ok you still manage to post a thread about this, after talking on the phone and replying to your PM's earlier today and another around 11ish. There's always 2 side to a story, so let me tell you and the public my side. I lowered the price, because you said you wanted me to offset the cost for you to get your Swift springs, since you wanted to run them with these coilovers `cause they came with 7/5kg spring rate, and the cost of sending it or what not. Ok, so we met up and you inspected the coilovers. You said they were leaking, and it looks beat up. What do you mean I "put one some oil so I can remove it" I said there's grease on the coilovers from being removed. You also pointed that out, and said it looks like its leaking. I'm not a mechanic, nor did I know it was bent from the inside and all that you claim that Cusco told you. You said you would replace the rubber peices, and I said that's fine with me, since I'm SELLING you the coilovers, I can care less of what you do with the coilovers. After the inspection, you went and bought it anyways, knowing it was leaking and "beat up". And, the thing about the 2k miles being used part, that was already explained on the spot. I had it in storage, and when i picked it up, it was already package, which I explained on the spot. After you open it, you said, "did someone switch your sh*t". So I called my friend, which at the time, i didn't get in touch with. I'm not refusing to pick up your phone calls after what you told me earlier this today. I have a life too, and if I'm not picking up any calls, that doesn't mean I'm ignoring people. I'm sure you have miss some calls in your life right? Did they accuse you of ignoring them? I sure hope not. So what is it that you wanted to talk on the phone? If it's about this situation, I think we are/already covered it via PM's and on this thread. I really don't see how I'm at fault, when you inspected the coilovers, and still went with it and bought it, knowing it was "beat up". I wasn't even rushing you to buy it, I was just standing there, while you was bashing on the coilovers. I'm sure a handful of people on this forum who bought from me can vouch how I'm not a scammer. Well, I guess that's it for now.

U told me u never track, auto-x or do anything stupid with them, but how come the they r bent and u told me those r dirt and ... the rubber piece was the dust boot, with I replaced them witha new one already .... I trusted u, but i flip on me .........

Plus I called u at 7pm, at 8pm and left u a message, but u never called back .... I have phone record on that also .... so plz dont try to act u know nth about wht u did, its doesn't matter how good ur trader rating was, u scam one person, u might as well scam another ...

if you saw they were beat up when you inspected them before you purchased them, why did you continue on with the sale?
