The lug pattern is 5x100 pm me if interested. For an additional 450 get used rear brembo calipers and new in box project mu rear pad

I think we have the same bolt pattern 5*100

 

They will fit it your bolt pattern is 5x100, but don't know if your calipers will re-align something you might want to look into, are you looking to get the calipers that i have posted on here as well.

The rotors should fit your LGT,..you can make the calipers fit with aftermarket or fabricated mounting brackets and possible grinding for clearance,....check out lgt.com and do a search for more help,...good luck,..
