Socal: Bosal catback, $150!
What's the catch? It will need to be modified to fit a flat flange downpipe. The flanges simply don't line up correctly. However, the imperfection is slight enough so that it should still work with a donut gasket since it'll give it a little room to flex. Also, part of the midpipe and the axleback sit quite low. However, these problems should be EASILY fixed at a muffler shop. Pics:
