BAR/CARB can suck my ****ing dick...
Customer received a modified exhaust ticket for having a cat-back;nothing too loud.
He put this pile of **** on, went to the ref, and got the ticket signed off:
And here's the proof that it passed:
Now, the first picture clearly shows what modified exhaust is, and the ****ers passed it.
