Have an older HKS SSQV

The BOV is USED and looks that way. I did not get the chance to put it on and use it.

I do not have the recirculation line plug, but I do have the recirculation fitting that will allow you to run it as a closed loop (non atmospheric) BOV. You will need to get a "?" mark shaped 1inch diameter radiator hose (HKS doesn't make or sell them...) to use the recirc fitting, or find a plug for it.

Guy I bought the SSQV from had lost it since taking it off his car.

I can't guarantee it works, as I never used it. Friend had gotten one around the same time and I lost interest in putting it in.

I was told this one is not the high pitched "Psh" sound but more of a warble sound. You can get different fittings off of HKS to change the pitch of the sound.

I paid $135 for the BOV and $16 for the fitting.

Need to sell due to a $159 ticket.

is the recirc fitting plug the same as the recir fitting?

Not the same.

The plug closes off the stock hose that the vented air from the OEM Bypass valve sends back into the intake system.

The plug makes the SSQV an Atmospheric BOV.

The recirc fitting (which you'd need to get a few items from the autoparts store, would make it operate like the OEM valve and route the vented air back into the intake.

HKS did away with the adjustment spring supposedly to take out the guess work of adjusting the BOV.
