if you want to squeeze every last bit of air flow, and get quicker turbo spool up, then yes it is a worth while mod. the Silicone inlet hoses(Perrin's specifically) has a smoother and larger diameter piping.

Any mod you do that decreases spool up time (intake, inlet, uppipe, downpipe, MBC/EBC) requires aftermarket engine management tuning. if you do the above mods on a stock ECU, you will blow your motor up.

It does help get a bit more air to the turbo, but you probably wont notice it much unless you get a protune or something.

I was going to get one but my tuner(EQ Tuning) suggested that it is not a worth while mod for the money(as I am a cheap *** )unless you have a larger turbo.
