I am going off to college so i decided i needed to get a reliable car. After hours of debating i realized i just couldnt settle with something other then a subi. So i have finally finished parting out my 03 WRX and have now sold it so i am ready to buy my new car.

I am looking for a 2004 to a 2005 STI, with a warrenty, and a few other details. Unfortunatly i am pretty picky on what i am getting because it has to last me at least 5 years so i have listed the guidelines below. Each year has different guidelines so i will seperate them by the year.

2004 STI
Color: PSM, WRB, OBP, JBP (sorry no white)
Title: Clean (no exceptions)
Mileage: 30k and under (due to warranty issues)
Warranty: 7yr/100k (Need 7 year because it has to last me until i graduate in 2011)
Body: Please no cracked windshields, dents, scratchs, or dings. I want a clean body, even rock chips need to be to the minimum.
Interior: Please non smoker only, also no stains, rips, or tares.
Maintinance: Tires need to have at least 50% tread left, brakes same deal 50% left, and needs to of had oil changes regularly, and just overall taken care of.
Mods: STOCK! I need the warranty no exceptions, i know i hate it.

2005 STI

I think that is about it, im sorry it is so picky but i need something reliable and that will last me through college. I am located in sacramento, ca and am willing to drive a little distance to meet up to see the car. I have the cash ready to buy it so please feel free to offer up what you have in a PM or post up.
