FLI parking lot sale!!!! Woooot
This is a must a attend event. I expect everyone to be there. Buy as much as you can. Hopefully the pig *uckers at FLI can raise enough money to pay me back.
FWIW this never got settled. The BAR negotiations resulted in a settlement from FLI for $900 under the conditions I wasn't to contact FLI customers again. Needless to say I didn't settle. Every man has his price, but you can't put a price on his 1st amendment right.

so hey, when you said that they'll pay you back. i'm assuming you won a settlement in court or some sort of suit i take? or was this as a result of an arbitration from the system?

See, they weren't very proud of this and hoped that I'd settle. IMO if they did nothing wrong why would they offer any money and tell me to STFU.

And thank you for taking the time to read and understand FLI does not have the intrest of the customer on the top of thier priority list. Take your business to one of the other bay area shops that will bend over backwards for you.

Thanks for reading. Better safe than sorry when you have so many great local shops and local people to deal with.
I've dealt with Subydude, MPJ, Gruppe-s and LIC and all are super cool guys and great shops.
