Excactly as it sounds when vented to atmosphere ! LOL... When you hit overboost it defintely will turn heads.. LOL...
I love it but will make a piped in version so you can all have a choice of vented or not. These units gives you precise control no doubt.

Okay ! I have this boost creep problem on top end and after all that was said and done it still exists (lots of $$$$ later) 
... So I said why not put a real wastegate ?
WOLLA!!
I did a Tial WG on my WRX and the spool up is bar none and the boost is dead on. I disabled and locked the OEM actuator type wastegate.
What I like about it is that it sounds like a race car on full boost and quite when you want it to be and best of all "NO MORE BOOST CREEP" on top end...
Not everyone has boostcreep problems but it all depends on your set up and my set up and VF34 was creeping and this is the only solution.
3 inch exhuast did not cure the boost probs either and an open exhaust did not either thus the need for an external wastegate.

gino.. thats nice i have a few questions for ya.. does the ext. wg eliminate the partial throttle chatter that is heard with the int. wg? and did you just weld the tial wg on the uppipe?.. o and what is controlling the wg now? (can you have ecu do it?)

I will post a sound clip.. Yeah no sound at all until it hits 13 psi then stay clear if your ears are sensitive. LOL
Around town or the freeway you never hear the WG so my wife cant even tell ... I love it.. more like Jeckle and Hyde personality... muhuhuhuhahahahah !
