I had the same issues not to long ago. The cause for mine was...I was running too rich at the lower RPMs. Try leaning it out...

I LOVE the Link. Aside from the silly little fuel pump bug, which is easily bypassed and the lack of any real support from the jackholes at LinkUSA, the unit itself is nice. Sure it's not a Tec3 or Pectel, but it plugs right in and it's super easy to tune. It takes some time to get idle and closed loop fueling right, but once that's done you got nothing left to worry about.

The product would be 10x better if the company that produced it also had some semblance of support and customer service.

the link is cool. except for that hesitation issue i have. car runs a lot smoother now

i also agree about the lack of support for the link

WRXtacy - did you get the stumble issue worked out?

One main point for the hesitation like everyone said is the fueling. Check out zones 210-225, 310-325. Those are a little rich usualy and cause hesitation.

Did you ever get to solve this?

I have major hesitations/jerkiness when MAP is below 60kPa. I have tried leaning rows 115-125; 215-225;315-325 as much as 15 points and still it hesitates.

Skywalker or anyones else: If I have 535cc injectors with a Warlboro pump, what Master Fuel value do you recommend? It is at 116 right now.

Also what did you use to install an ambient air temp sensor? I have the sensor from GM but need a plug harness and a "bung" to tap it in the intake pipe.

I need to install the ambient temp sensor and get an adjustable FPR and see if that solves the problem. Right now in idle I run around 62psi of fuel pressure.

The master fuel is not a solve all solution. What are your O2 readings at. You might be running incredibly rich or lean. As for timing, if you have lowered ti that can cause hesitation around the low end too. I guess you just need to play around with it. It's hard to explain what to do. Especially when you can't give away all your secrets. ;)
