It's vBulletin, they all look the same. People only do interesting things with phpBB and SMF.

Its ok, because the color scheme here is a purchased template. I am no Da Vinci and cannot do this stuff myself.

 

What does it matter, there is probably another 1million forums that look like this, Vbulletions, Nukes, PHB's, they all have there similarities.

People talk to much about nasioc, I don't even have a registration there, and it seems like I'm on that forum with how much people mention them here.
