1 used Gruppe-S TD05-20G turbo - $499!!!

Hey all,

We have one used Gruppe-S TD05-20G for sale. It only has about 300 miles on it so it's in good shape. It made 287 / 305 (VF39 w/ same supporting mods would make ~265 / 285) on our dyno and hit full boost faster than the stock VF39. This would make an AWESOME auto-x or street turbo; I actually prefer it to my TD06-20G turbo for the street. It would also make an awesome turbo for a JDM Ver. 7 or 8 motor.

As you can see, the turbo is practically new and the compressor and turbine housings actually are new. It doesn't come with an actuator but we can get one for about $50 if you want. Otherwise, go external wastegate .

Gruppe-S TD05-20G: $699 shipped
Gruppe-S TD05-20G + Helix 860cc + Walbro 255L FP: $1249 shipped
Gruppe-S TD05-20G + Helix 860cc + Walbro 255L FP + Installation: $1625

Thanks,

Geoff

$699 sorry. I originally confused it with this other used turbo we had. My apologies. It's still a bargain basement price for this turbo though.

Thanks,

Geoff

can I hit 300whp on the Gruppe-S dyno with stock internals, turboback, uppipe, and tune with all supporting mods??

And at what RPM will the turbo kick in?

This turbo won't get you to 300 WHP on our dyno. The 287 I saw is about as much as you're going to get. With a VF39, I can pretty much guarantee you're not going to see more than 270 WHP on pump. The STi block will hold up to about 350 WHP pretty consistantly on our dyno.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "kick in" but you'll have max torque by 3400 RPM on a 2.5L and you'll see full boost a few hunder RPM earlier.

Thanks,

Geoff
