nope it is 15 dollars and you get 1 race... Just street race it's cheaper and plus you get that "I am a badass" feeling that sac raceway doesn't give you....

nah, i'm just being a smartass... you normally get about 6 or so it depends on how busy it is, and how consistant you are... If you can keep winning(it's bracket racing so the slowest car in the world can win), and if you win you go back in your lane... If you lose, you go into this other lane that is filled with people where you only get about 1 or 2 more runs in the entire night in.... It's pretty fun to just race, then while youre waiting go watch the other people race, because they can be pretty hilarious on some of the stupididy they do(16 second cars do burnouts passed the 60' mark)....
If you have the money, you can go on a friday, costs alot more but you get literally as many runs as you want

doesn't sound bad at all. i've been to the street legal drags @ the california speedway in fontana and i'd have to wait from 2pm(tech inspection) to 10pm to get a maximum of 4 runs in.
the 40mph headwind at fontana doesn't give the "i am a badass" feeling either...

ya it's actually a pretty good set up for the casual racer. Plus sac raceway is at sea level so you make some pretty good power out there

ya, first gear is sorta a joke, but the car is fine by second, and it's smooth sailing from there

I was, and it would have been for alot longer if it wasn't severly weekend(been almost a year now and the block was still running strong)... Also don't side step the clutch that's horrible for everything and you won't get your best 60', I have only side stepped the clutch once and it was not pretty.... I ride my clutch, i figure it's better to wear a clutch then blow up a drive-train
