4 adjustments for dampening and rebound with height adjustability.Ride is awesome firm but not harsh(at lowest settings).Just cank them up for the track and lookout!
It makes a huge difference when the spring is emgineered to match the strut. Ive had prodrives and pinks with the stock struts and there is simply no comparison.
