These are a split front lip for the JDM V1 - 4 bumper. The third picture up is what they look like molded to the car.

The previous owner of it cut a part of the back where its supposed to bolt to the backside of the front bumper, I'm not sure why, but the rest is fine and can be molded in perfectly. It is unpainted and has a few scrapes on the bottom.

THESE ARE NOT FIBERGLASS.

These are full urethane and to my knowledge not available to be bought online. The sole owner I talked to who also had a set said they were extremely rare and his were fiberglass.

I started an auciton on RS25 about these with an opening bid of 100 so far. If you want these PM me an offer and we'll talk, so far I've gotten one offer for 100. I'm also interested in any parts you may have availabe for my car
