FOR SALE: 3.5" Metal Cat carb and epa approved
Hey guys, i have 1 brand new metal cat 3.5". YES eveyrone that is 3 1/2" big that i picked up, thinking i would need it for my application i was going to do but decided to change my mind.
This cat is epa and carb approved, out flows magnaflow (carsound) converters by twice the amount of air flow. highest flow catalytic converter on the market. This is no ebay metal cat, ask them about their approval for being street legal.

This cat is listed as non OBDII certified, meaning that is legal on cars that are OBDI or earlier - it is NOT CARB legal on any OBDII car (e.g. any made after 1996).

They have approval numbers for being carb and epa certifed on the body of the cat. Now technically to put it on a OBDII car like ours are not legal in california, but in other 49 states you will have no problem of being legal. Carb is very stingy on what can be put on for a car that is OBDII. But instead of running catless on your down pipes, this will be a good alternative b/c who wants to polute our ozone.

mcowger is absolutely correct, but many of us wrx and sti owners, i know are running helix down pipes or invidia or hks and have eliminated all of their cats, but this is a good alternative instead of polluting our air.
