Were can I get a hold of a STI already painted blue hood scoop to match my 2005 blue WRX?

sorry im new at this... but would the 04-05 sti hood scoop fit on the 03 hood?? cuz i want the bigger one i dunno how to get it...

No, you only need a bigger splitter if you have a bigger intercooler. The stock splitter and JDM STi scoop fits perfect.
