so last thursday, me and my mom go out to Tres Amigoes in San Mateo for dinner, and i paid with my San Mateo Credit Union card. a few days later, i go to buy some clothes, and my car is declined. not once, but FOUR TIMES! sure that i had money in there, i go home and call the 800# on the back, and the automated system lists $2300+ in charges in Mexico... WTF?? i would have loved to go to mexico, but i had to work that day.....
when i went to the bank, after filing a police report, the customer service rep states that im NOT the only one reporting this, and theres a lot of people missing money after using their card at Tres Amigoes....

Was the manager of Tres Amigos notified of these incidents? That's the second phone call I would have made after speaking with my bank. Some scum bag in there is ripping people off.

p.s. sorry to hear about the bad news. It's situations like this that make me paranoid to pay with a card, especially at places that swipe it to make copies.
