Funny story for HI i-club, Mahalo to sykosis and hangbot

so anyway, big thanks to justin and brandy for saving the night..

i was at 24hour fitness running on the treadmill when my knee decided to dislocate itself. It was like slowmotion falling to the ground at the end of the treadmill belt. I love how the girl next to me watched me eat sh*t and continued running, and then 2 other people walked by while i was on ground and kept on walking while i was on the ground holding my knee in pain.

I popped it back into place surprisingly and this girl saw me and told me she would go and get a trainer. The trainer came and grabbed me a chair.

At that point i see Brandy walking by. So a long story short, Brandy drove me and my car home and Justin picked him up from my house.

It's funny cuz ive never had any trouble with my knee at all. Ever. it just decided that tonight was the night.

So anyway, I owe sykosis and hangbot some drinks and pupus

Cheers everybody! Now to ice my knee

-Peter

OUCH!!! Man, I completely feel you on this one. My knee is ****ed up too... ballin' too hard back in the dayz... and basically my muscles around the knee aren't very develop. That nagging pain is no joke. Now I dedicate more time and exercises on strengthening them. No fun I tell you but yeah... take good care.

I'm just shock to see those tools at 24 didn't even care or offer help for so long... ****...

It's even harder for the manual guys caz u need both legs...

Since you said your knee is dislocated... that's a good 4 weeks at a minimum... I'm no doctor but this is about the recovering period for me... You won't able to bend ur knee very much... but do try to bend as far back as u can after the swelling has subsided a bit... good luck...

Most likely you sprained your ligaments (MCLs) and the menicus so be careful... yeah, you might not walk very well for now...

Talking

Dont worry about, you recover!!! My younger sister dislocated her knee several times already. Bro funny because last one she had was while she was walking with the dog and they came to an intersection and suddenly her knee just gave out and she was holding on to the pole while everyone was already crossing the street.LOL, thank goodness I seen her on my way home... To bad it wasnt raining though.lol j/k

Pete you should repay your gratitude to sykosis & hangbot by taking them to Femmes. It will not only help them, it will stop your swelling as well caz most of the blood will be "somewhere" else. :rotfl: I'm done for the day...
