"White House Hardens Stance on China Trade"

Yeah, right.

He's acting as if China isn't playing fair, blaming trade practices on an uneven playing field, while he's all for U.S. corporations closing down manufacturing in Mexico and moving it TO CHINA!!!!! WTF!

I don't know if this or his border policy ticks me off more!

So we're going to force them to "open markets" for us, for what?
So we can sell back stuff that's been built in their factories?

We hardly manufacture anything here anymore anyway.

It must be a chilly day in hell, 'cause I'm in agreement with HD...

I think Democrats and Republicans can agree, we need to do something about that trade deficit.

The only thing that could turn that around would be having the WTO press for and actually succesfully establish unified worker protections and environmental regulations worldwide.

Ain't gonna happen in our lifetimes.

Yeah you are right, there isn't a trade gap and Bush only supports business practices that are good for U.S. workers and consumers. ;) It is noted you chose not to discuss this topic, though :)
