These have been long awaited. We finally decided to put some pics up here, because Legacy fans have been waiting so patiently. We are still having fun working around the immobilizer, but after another trip to Gruppe-S tommorow, we should have it figured out.

Not all the vinyl is on yet, mainly because we are still talking with sponsors, but this is about what the car will look like when finished. Note the WRX in the background is also getting a face lift to our new design scheme. We plan to bring a two fisted Subaru sandwich to USTCC this year! (and of course our Grand-Am legacy plans). That is so sick!!! are you going to be at the san jose races again? It was a blast watching you drive around, and now in the grand-am class, woohoo.

 

Yes we will be at San Jose Grand Prix again (that is assuming that USTCC gets the slot again, the schedule is not finalized yet). This year we will be there with two cars! Our WRX is getting repainted and will look very similar to the Legacy GT.

Keep a look out for our official press release of our 2006 Grand Am Cup, and USTCC plans. As well as an official list of our 2006 sponsors. I can tell everyone that our confirmed first race will be at Laguna Seca supporting A1GP! Both the Legacy and WRX will be there.

Any plans for further aero mods?

 

Yes. For USTCC we are allowed a lot more mode than Grand Am Cup. We will at least be running an aftermarket rear wing, and a custom splitter.

 

Right now it looks like I will be driving the new Legacy, and my brother Chris Lock will be driving the WRX in USTCC, and co-driving the Legacy with me in Grand Am Cup.

 

Looks good man... all you need now is some rear spats, side skirts, and a front lip and it will look like a full on race car.
