rfl bloww off valve problums
i used to run a hks blow off valve just swaped it out today with a rfl but now this one dosent always blow off when i let off the gas or when i shift gears it works in 1st and 2nd and usually 3rd but not in 4th and 5th unless iam ripping the **** out of it is this normal and i noticed that it takes longer for the turbo to boost and spool up car feels slower too can anyone help or give a suggestion please
