Since those mirrors are made in Japan and only available in Japan, wouldn't it need to be adjusted for U.S. since the angle and design of the mirror would be different from Right Hand Drive to Left Hand Drive.

Do you pictures up close behind the mirror so I can see if they are carbon throughout and not just fiberglass with a carbon sheet? The real ones are made in the UK and can be had for $650 slightly used in new condition.
