I had a 93 Turbo....boy was it slow! ScorchWound 03-17-2003, 10:05 PM I have a 1992 Legacy Sedan, and I absolutely love it. It's about to hit 150,000 miles, and hasn't had a major problem. I think people with legacys with high mileages have to replace their CV Joints like I did, they started making a noise, so we had them replaced. My trunk latch was also messed up, and had to be repaired. Reading around, I see that people begin to see rust on their fender, right at the edge, it's on my car, and spreading. The black above the doors is also starting to chip. (I'm wondering, does anyone know a cheap way to repair this, it's really breaking my heart to see it get more and more chipped) On the interior, the speaker part on the door has cracked, and is almost loose. Today I was scrubbing the cloth, and one of the doors, the panel part by the inside door handle was completely seperated, and will need to be reglued. Other then that, I absolutely love this car, there are several legacys at my campus, same year, and same color, and they do not look as good as mine (granted, it seems only girls are driving the baby blue subaru) I take pride in it. eastbaysubaru 03-20-2003, 08:57 AM You guys should head over to http://bbs.legacycentral.org You'll find all the information you need regarding your BC/BF (1st Gen.)
