Always helpful to fill out your Car field in the member Profile, accessible through the Control Panel. Other WRX owners with the same model year might have some comments on rattles. Also, wagon or sedan?

I hear rattle knows in the rear right door panel, any one know how to stop this rattling?

A passenger should sit in the back seat and try to isolate the noise location. It might be something unrelated to your suspension mods but couldn't hurt to examine all of the mounting points for the struts and anti-sway bar. Anything loose in the trunk/spare tire well?
