Please do not bring food to the BBQ if you are one of the 20+ people who have said you were or most likely were coming.

Aya, Eric and I have purchased a couple of hundred dollars worth of food that we'd love to bring and cook for you. Its not like we are food-nazis and need to be in control, but we'd also like to be reimbursed for what we'd purchase for you already. This was already laid out in the actual BBQ thread.


I like Kal Bi and all, and bbq chicken, and salt and pepper pork chops, and hotdogs and sausages and all... but sheeeizit, I don't want 20 pounds of meat left over. (Remember Lafayette :D ).

well, I will bring money if that is what you want, but I though it was BYOD ;) . Besides, I was a maybe before, and am now a definite ;) . I was planning on bringing lots more drinks than just what I was going to drink, but I didn't want to bring anything that would not go over very well (and believe me, there are some non-liquor asian drinks I like that some people just won't drink, like durian, the spiky fruit with the sulfur smell ;) ). To be safe, I'll just bring the normal stuff, and maybe add a few non-standard drinks.

Wow, 20+ people.. this will be a NICE BBQ. Now, here's to hoping we don't see any beached whales. :P :D

You can use it as many times as you want from 08/07/03 through 08/10/03, when you make the first purchase, let the cashier know that you want the card back, since you still will be doing shopping at Gap Kids, Baby Gap, etc. Just make sure you take it back, once you don't then you can't get them back anymore, you have to have the card to get the discount.

Current headcount for Steelhead is 12. I'm reserving the two pool tables Saturday morning. Hourly rates are $12 for one table and $14 for the second, and we can keep them a max of 2 hours each for Saturday night. I plan on reserving for 6:30. Dinner will be around the pool tables. I dunno if i'd change right now if i were you, TDMA is supposed to be goin out the door by year's end, but GSM = t3h suq right now, i can barely get a signal indoors sometimes, on Sony Ericsson's T616.........damn you ATTWS!!!

just let me know what kind of phone u want and i can give u a quote, possibly no contract and unlocked...

GSM will always be worse indoors, it's a lower-powered signal than TDMA....

Are the T610/616/618 available already? How much? I'm already an ATTWS GSM customer, want to replace my T68i.

Its 220 at the official store where i bought it from. You might not like the increasing ring though, its pretty annoying to me coming from a 8260. I missed more calls with it unintentionally in a week than i did in 2 years of the nokia. Otherwise is a pretty trick phone.

I think the only one avaliable from ATT right now is the T616, and only in silver so far.

Yeah, that's Austin's. He works at Eggettes. His cousin, Kevin, also works there, with his silver 02 WRX. Both are very cool guys, as are the people that show up at the Eggettes meet. It's all good, no drama, and the cops don't hassle us. Hell, one even drove through the parking lot, waved at us, and left.
