liberal kit

No it is not painted and I live in Dallas.
I am highly motavated to sell this piece as I can not afford to put it on and it is killing me.

would you seperate the kit and sell just the front lip? How much for it if you would. They go New on vividracing for 529 plus shipping. Shoot me a PM.
