We tried this once last spring and only me and VRWRX showed up :( but lets try again. A get together of I-club people, plus any pirates people who want to come. Meet, CASUAL drive, then eat. Plan it like a month away so that we can possibly get more people, adn possibly get some of the people who used to be here (like kdamericano (sp?) and such)

We should definately post this on pirates, but I say wait for now. Pirates has a lot of seriously awesome people, but we should have a date/time/place before hand because I would like to keep this as a casual drive as noted before, which, with a few of the newer members on there might be hard to do if we don't have it planned out. (Especally that we now know that the po-po are watching the forums)

I'm going to email Elevation303 right now as well as Regg01 and see if they are interested. Pyro is definately in too!

Somewhere like Denver west/Colorado mills so that it is central and that we can then head out into the foothills. In the back of the Mills Target parking lot maybe? Or ontop of the garage?

That target parking lot can get pretty crazy. I'd vote for either the garage, or if just felt like hanging out we could always meet at like Wash Park or someplace. I believe our record for attendees still stands at 2, but I think we have a good chance of breaking that this time.

Hopefully that's ok, but can I suggest a BBQ at say Washington Park afterwards or something like that? Think of it as a end of the summer BBQ! Um, and Jeff thanx for making the location of the starting point of the meet at the TOP of the Colorado Mills Parking Garage, lol... that' s been the place I've always wanted to meet since... well... I went to another meet there...:)

Well, I'm going to have to break my record of attending every one of the i-club meets (all 2 of them). I totally forgot that my wife and I are participating in a walk that day. She reminded me last night. So I'll have to catch the next one. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to get the next one scheduled. Make sure someone takes pics.

That is a very good reason to miss the meet and greet and the BBQ. What time does it get over? If it does end early you both should come to the BBQ. That way you get the both of best worlds...:)

Have the plan finalized one week before the actual meet. The BBQ before or after the drive is fine by me. I'll bring like 4-8 burgers, chips, and 4-8 buns.

I can chill for a bit, but I probably can't stay for the drive...

dudes and dudettes, cruised around W Park at about 1:00. No subies. Had my focus on the Park parking lots too. Decided on a sweet cruise up 285 to Turkey Creek then over Guanella Pass. Got a little drifting in on some gravel sections, don't tell anyone....

Damn, the Rex on some 17s handles like a dream. We need to meet up another weekend soon for a rally up the mountains.
