would the v8 jdm sti strut with pink springs improve the suspension of my car or the springs that came with the v8 strut?

If you use the v8 struts you'll also need to buy different springs (for an '04+) and use the tophats from the '04+ suspension.

 

Front springs and top mounts are the same, rears are not (02-03 vs. 04-05).

 

the rears are different? right now i have the jdm v8 strut and spring on my 02 wrx they seems to fit perfectly, however i hear a clicking noise when i let off the gas fast at low rpm.

 

If you have coordinated springs and struts, then you have no problem. It's when you try to mix early parts with late parts that you run into compatibility problems. I made spacers and drilled out the top mount inner metals to make early struts work with later springs and mounts.

 

If you're buying the set then yes, they will significantly improve your handling and will fit directly... go for a assembled strut / spring and tophat set.
