Most JDM cars come with them - they basically allow you to power "fold in" your mirrors when you are parking. These mirrors are cross compatible with US Spec car. All mirrors include mirror motor as well as folding motor. The mirrors are a direct bolt on. A JDM switch is required.

does the hood come w/regular size 02 hood scoop mounting holes?

The hood is for 04/05 WRX/STi only so it will only fit 04/05 hood scoops.
