That looks just like the ones I have that are the older series before the change. Does it say ##-471 or ##-474? The ##-474 is the newer redesigned model but I know the MAF location was turned so that it faces the firewall...yours is on top where the air coming around the corner is denser to the right of the MAF sensor making the A/F ratio off. Sorry to let you know this.
I am having a friend of mine cut the weld that holds the MAF mounting plate on, reweld the hole, put the mounting plate in the right location and cut the new hole. It won't be perfectly smooth because the internal welds will leave a bump but it will fix the A/F issue.
