they are a fair amount stiffer than the STi mounts, but not enough to make the car shake

I absolutely love these mounts. They are stiffer than the STi Group N mounts, but no where near as harsh as everyone warned me. They give great feedback to the driver.

These bushings are great.. had them on my RS.. motor bearly moved and you did get more vibration through the car.. but it really lets you feel whats going on... i love them... i'll give you a post on how they feel after i get my JDM swapage finnished :)...
