A WRX turbo on my MY97?

I want to buy this but only if it will work with my MY97 outback sport wagon. Anybody now if I can do that and is it worth it?

Also what else would I need to get in order to be ready to go?

(I know an intercooler and BOV would be a good idea, but what else? and again is it worth it?)
