What all mods would be need to run the IHI vf 22 or 30?

I was just wondering if you would have to have like a big list of mods or could u jus bolt it in and go and let the stock ecu learn it itself? Confused as heck

i know u do need a computer, i don't think u can run stock computer with a bigger turbo, i run a dastek unichip with a vf22 and puching stock injectors and fuel pump up to about 18-20 PSI
i even had stock uppipe and exhaust when the turbo was frist installed
