i'm sorry guys. the only thing that should need any modifacation is the downpipe/exhaust system. Basicaly the down pipe/cat conection does not directly line up.
let me know if there is anything else!
thanks, Eric

um, Eric, aren't they going to need some internal upgrades to boost much safely on an N/A motor?

with a good tune you will be 100% fine. i'm currently running 12psi on a long block that just rolled over 100k (5k with the turbo) no sighn of an unhealthy engine. car makes great power (349 torque, 324whp) and i drive it HARD every day, down here in AZ it get HOT to!!!
good looking out! if someone is shooting for 500+ whp i would laugh and say the bottom end may last 1 dyno pull.

where the down pipe and the factory cat meat needs to be angled around 30* as for the tune the kit uses a very simple injector controler that uses 2 seconday injectors, the controler works off of boost so its very easy to tune how ever i strongly recomend using dyno and wide band to tune.
feel free to let me know if there are any other questions.
thanks, eric

you will want to use the suplied fuel controler for tuning, if you use the cob tune for a na car the way they make power is by advancing ignition timing which is not what you will want when you star forcing air in and raising cylinder pressure. let me know if you have any questions.
regards, eric

Cobb doesnt even have any "stages" listed on their site for the 2.5i's!
